  • K. Paul Singh


    Mr. Singh has been the Chairman of PeriscopeIQ since 2013. He is a highly successful and globally-recognized entrepreneur and executive with a history of founding and leading successful companies in the telecom sector. Prior to joining the PeriscopeIQ team, Mr. Singh served as Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Primus Telecommunications, a global telecommunications company that he grew to $1.2B in revenue in the first 6 years of operation. Primus was added to the Russell 3000 index in 2003 and listed among the “Fortune 1000” publicly traded companies in 2004. Mr. Singh was also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Overseas Telecommunications, Inc. (OTI), which was named the 80th fastest growing company on the 1990 Inc. 500 list.

    In addition to his Chairman duties, Mr. Singh is also the Founder and CEO of Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group, a Virginia-based private equity firm. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a recipient of numerous awards, including a 2003 Stevie Award and the 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Singh was also named “Top Performing CEO of Public Companies with annual revenue between $100 million and $999 million” in the Washington, DC, area by the Washington Business Journal in October 2010.

  • Pawan Singh, Ph.D.

    Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Singh has been serving as Co-Founder and CEO of PeriscopeIQ since launching the company in 1999. He is a scientific research expert with an unparalleled industry reputation for research analytics, innovation and bringing scientific rigor to the customer experience arena. He has been instrumental in making the clients of PeriscopeIQ customer experience score board leaders among their peers through targeted and innovative strategic programs to maximize customer centricity of the whole organization. Prior to PeriscopeIQ, Dr. Singh held senior executive positions with Ingersoll-Rand.

    In addition to authoring nearly 100 papers in technology, customer insight and business journals, Dr. Singh has received numerous honors and awards, including the Distinction Award from Wharton, four gold medals for academic excellence and several scholarships as well as fellowships. He received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.

  • Mohamed Latib, Ph.D.

    Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer

    Dr. Latib is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of PeriscopeIQ. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Latib consulted in the areas of strategic planning, metrics development, and performance management. He has also served as a professor, dean and vice president at various US academic institutions.

    Dr. Latib serves on the Boards of the Center for Business Education and Research at the Fox School of Management at Temple University, the Lehigh Valley Ben Franklin Technology Partnership, and the Lehigh Valley Technology Network. He has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University.

  • Matthew J. Waite

    Director of Projects

    Mr. Waite is the Director of Projects at PeriscopeIQ, where he and his team of project managers lead the coordination and implementation of all new projects by working closely with the clients. Prior to joining PeriscopeIQ, he was Director of Research and Development for Tarkett Inc., V.P. of Research and Development for Morton International, and Director of Technical Services for Lantor, Inc. He earned an MBA from DeSales University and a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Waite is an adjunct professor in the DeSales University’s MBA program.

  • James P. Murphy, Ph.D.

    Director of Marketing Research

    Dr. Murphy is Director of Marketing Research at PeriscopeIQ. As a professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, he taught market research for 7 years. He is an expert in the design, fielding, tabulation and interpretation of surveys conducted online, by telephone, and by mail. A former member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), he has also moderated more than 1,000 focus groups in 36 of the 40 largest US markets and six foreign countries. His prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Research at a leading East Coast advertising agency and managing the market research group at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Dr. Murphy holds a Ph.D. in Communications Research from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Joel Tolbert

    Director of Technology

    Mr. Tolbert is Director of Technology at PeriscopeIQ. Mr. Tolbert and his team of technology and software development specialists are responsible for implementing continuous improvements and innovations in PeriscopeIQ’s industry leading CX and EX platforms. He has 20 years of experience in business analytics and leading projects in the areas of customer/employee engagement, data analysis, workflow optimization, information security, compliance and IT infrastructure in the market research, chemical, pharmaceutical and publishing industries.
